Lately I have seen vertical gardens cropping up everywhere I go. From restaurants, hotels, my local nursery and gift shop. I decided it was time to experiment with one of my own. After researching the basic frame work to get started, I came across Woolly Pockets. Their products are by far the best way to create vertical gardens. The pockets have built in moisture barriers so they can be used inside as well as out. They come in different sizes and shapes, easy to install and add to with their "lego" inspired design. I'll be trying a herb wall for my kitchen!
I adore Dandelion Ranch floral design, based in Los Angeles. Owner Clover Chadwicks' philosophy is rooted in nature. You won't find stuffy, cookie cutter designs here. Clover arranges flowers in unusual containers like wooden crates, vintage milk glass vases, and metal tins. The result:wildly organic, one of a kind creations.
