One of the most endearing aspects of living in Seattle is being surrounded each day by creative entrepreneurial people. We are home to some big start ups like Boeing, Microsoft, Amazon, Classmates.com, and not so big like Glassybaby - makers of hand blown glass luminous votives.
Glassy who? Well they are small company located in a Seattle suburb called Madrona. A few Saturdays back they opened up their doors for a sneak peak at their factory diggs, and sold off hundreds of factory seconds. These highly coveted treasures caused a pedestrian traffic hazard as people lined the streets to enter the home of Glassybaby.
The selection was overwhelming. Each Glassybaby is unique, there are 70 different colors to choose from. You can use them as a candle holder or vase. Grouped together they are stunning!
Whatever your mood a Glassybaby can keep your home inviting and full of spirit.
