I was very excited to hear that a friend of mine recently launched her small creative business Studio Patro. Christine Weber, former art director extraordinaire, based in San Francisco, has branched out to design and create high style tea towels. Chris turns everyday found objects and favorite things into amazing prints and patterns. You will find leaves, maps and topography in cool, hip color schemes. All tea towels are hand printed by local artisans. Perhaps the most inspiring part to this collection are Chris' 12 ways to use her tea towels. Her towels are worthy of framed art, they make a beautiful house warming gift, make a pillow, use as an apron, place mat or runner, fold for a large napkin, wash and dry salad, pot holder, bread basket, line a tea tray, use as one of a kind gift wrap, and of course, dry your dishes!
Congratulations Chris!
